Data Walks
The California Cradle-to-Career Data System (C2C) builds tools and resources that provide information on education and workforce outcomes, and ensuring the people of California have access to and can understand their data is central to C2C’s work.
As part of those efforts, C2C is hosting Data Walks throughout the state, in partnership with trusted organizations and educators. These events facilitate interactive, in-depth engagements with communities that foster meaningful conversations about California’s Data.
At a Data Walk, participants explore data visualizations specific to their community, join discussions, engage in discussions, and analyze how regional data impacts local communities and all Californians.
Data Walks:
- Focus on data from specific regions or communities, enabling real-time analysis to generate insights and actionable information.
- Provide tailored views and conversation so participants can see themselves in the data and explore questions that matter to them and their communities.
- Offer guided support to help participants interpret and understand the data.
