The meeting may be accessed virtually through Zoom. SB 544 was enacted and provides and adds meeting options to the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. This meeting will be scheduled as a teleconference meeting in compliance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act and SB 544. All members will be participating remotely.

The public may speak at the meeting during the periods for public comment. Each speaker is invited to speak for up to two minutes per agenda item. Three or more individuals who are present may pool their time for one speaker. Please note that the Committee may not discuss or take action on any matter raised during this public comment section, except to decide whether to place the matter on the agenda of a future meeting.
