Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall conduct the Executive Director performance evaluation, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall work with the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data in developing and updating the Governance Manual, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall work in tandem with the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data to create a list of candidates to fill openings on each of the two Advisory Boards, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall work with the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data to provide oversight of the data system and operational direction to the managing entity and adopt a strategic plan, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

This liaison is responsible for attending CEAB meetings and ensuring the Governing Board learns insights from the CEAB. In addition, this liaison is responsible for working with two CEAB members to draft the CEAB proposal report and present the CEAB proposal report to the Governing Board.
