The plan outlines five strategic goals that will guide C2C’s work to strengthen the data system, expand equitable access to information and tools, and help Californians make informed decisions about education and the workforce. Together, these goals will help deliver trusted insights, foster innovation, and ensure the Office’s work continues to serve individuals, families, and communities across California.
