Teleconference Meeting

The meeting may be accessed virtually through Zoom. Senate Bill (SB) 544 was enacted and provides an alternative set of provisions under which a state body may hold a meeting by teleconference and/or remote participation. Designee Uptain-Villa for Member Cabaldon will be participating from a remote location.

Addressing the Governing Board

The public may speak at the meeting during the periods for public comment. Each speaker is invited to speak for up to two minutes per agenda item. Three or more individuals who are present may pool their time for one speaker. Please note that the Governing Board may not discuss or take action on any matter raised during this public comment section, except to decide whether to place the matter on the agenda of a future meeting. [Government Code Sections 11125, 11125.7(a)]

Written Comments Written comments should be submitted at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the Governing Board meeting via a form on the C2C website. Each communication should include a subject line identifying the specific agenda item being addressed. Such materials will be distributed to members of the Governing Board prior to the beginning of the meeting.
