Executive Director Review Committee

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall conduct the Executive Director performance evaluation, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

When the Committee Convenes: Fall

2025-2026 Committee Membership: 

Selection for Advisory Boards Committee 

Purpose of the Committee: This Committee shall work in tandem with the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data System to create a list of candidates to fill openings on each of the two Advisory Boards, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

When the Committee Convenes: Spring

Governance Manual Review Committee 

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall work with the Office in developing and updating the Governance Manual, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.

When the Committee Convenes: Winter

2024-2025 Committee Membership: 


Strategic Planning Committee 

Purpose of the Committee: The Committee shall work with the Office to provide oversight of the data system and operational direction to the managing entity and adopt a strategic plan, which will have final approval by the Governing Board.
