Teleconference Meeting

The meeting may be accessed virtually through Zoom. Senate Bill (SB) 544 was enacted and adds meeting options to the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act. This meeting will be scheduled as a teleconference meeting in compliance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act and SB 544. All members will be participating remotely.

Addressing the Advisory Board

The public may speak at the meeting during the periods for public comment. Each speaker is invited to speak for up to two minutes per agenda item. Three or more individuals who are present may pool their time for one speaker. Please note that the Advisory Board may not discuss or take action on any matter raised during this public comment section, except to decide whether to place the matter on the agenda of a future meeting. [Government Code Sections 11125, 11125.7(a)]
