The California Cradle-to-Career Data System (C2C) partnered with Vital Research to conduct a survey focused on the challenges students face during the college and financial aid application process. The annual Student Experience Audit aims to ensure that C2C’s yearly priorities and initiatives are aligned with the needs and lived experiences of California’s students.
The 2023 audit focused on five issue areas concerning the college and financial aid application process:
- Applying for college.
- Applying for financial aid.
- Receipt of financial aid.
- Requesting transcripts.
- Transferring credits.
